Apply now for a 2022 fall Internship Scholarship with the LWVCC!

The League of Women Voters of Centre County is a non-partisan organization whose mission is to encourage informed and active participation in government, increase understanding of major policy issues and influence public policy through education and advocacy.
The LWVCC is sponsoring an internship scholarship of $325 for the fall of 2022 to a student or internship site within Centre County, Pennsylvania. The scholarship will be granted to support an internship which is non-partisan in nature and relevant to the LWV mission of voter education and participation in government, elections, civics, or the democratic process. Students or Internship Sites which are interested in receiving the grant must apply in writing using the Grant Application.
Examples of appropriate internship sites include, but are not limited to, non-profit organizations, educational organizations, offices of federal, state, county or municipal elected officials/government, and offices of any level of the judiciary.
