  1. The Centre County League of Women Voters' Candidates' Night for the 2019 Primary Election is scheduled for Wednesday, May 1st 2019, beginning at 6:45 pm. The event will take place in the State College Borough Council Chambers, Room 304, 243 South Allen Street in State College. Please note that the LWV Candidates' Night will follow the Centre Daily Times Congressional Candidate's Forum which begins at 6:30 pm. The LWV of Centre County's Primary Candidates' Night will only feature candidates who are in opposed races for the Primary Election.  The schedule for the May 1st Candidates' Night is bel...

  3. The Centre County League of Women Voters will host a Candidates' Night for the 2018 General Election on Monday, October 22nd at 7:00 pm in Room 304 of the State College Municipal Building, 243 South Allen Street in State College.  Candidates for the PA State Senate 34th District and the PA State House 76th, 81st and 171st Districts are expected to attend.

The 2018 United Nations Day Celebration will be held on Sunday, October 28th from 5 - 8:30 pm at the Ramada Inn and Conference Center, 1450 South Atherton St. in State College.  Featured Speaker is Dr. Hari M. Join the Centre County League of Women Voters at a Breakfast Issues Forum hosted by State College Mayor Don Hahn at Websters Bookstore Cafe on September 29th at 8:30 am.  Panel will feature Centre County Board of Commissioners Chair Michael Pipe, along with representatives from the Penn State College Democrats and Penn State College Republicans.The panel will address voter registration initiatives, election security and an update on the County's Election Board.
